The most popular cruise to the ruins of the Devin Castle and to the confluence of the Danube and the Moravia rivers.
The Devin Castle, known to exist since the 9th century, it's now considered a Slovak cultural monument and symbol of the glorious Slavic history. The castle looms on a cliff above the Danube and the Moravia rivers, at an altitude of 212 meters. During the historical period of Great Moravia the castle was used as a frontier fortress. In 1809 it was blown apart by the armies of Napoleon. Today the outside and inside of the castle are archaeological exhibitions visited every year by countless numbers of tourists from all around the world. During this tour you will have time (min. 1 hour) to explore the castle and surrounding areas.
